So I woke up and looked at the clock and realised that I had overslept! I wanted to get to the cd:uk studios by 7 am so I'd see the girls going in, but I woke up at 8! So I rush to wake my dad (designated chauffeur of the day) and my little sister who is not only a big PCD fan but quite a celeb magnet due to her cuteness.
So by the time we get there it's 10am! Doors were meant to open for the live show at 10 but luckily they only let us in at 10.30. So we're inside and the performers were pretty boring, the wait for the girls seemed so long! So in cd:uk they organise it so it looks like there's a big audience and a big studio, but it's actually pretty tiny with an audience of about 200. I go there quite often so I know some people who work there, and I went up to a random lady and asked her what stage PCD were on as there were two set up that day and me and B, my friend, wanted to get to the front. She was like ''oh I don't know if I can share that info'...I was getting a bit peed off!
So the show continues and the lady comes back and pulls me and B to the front of one of the stages and made us face the audience, and she took some other people on the other side. Suddenly I saw PCD walk in from backstage! I was REALLY starstruck which doesn't happen to me...ever! So Nicole was the first girl I saw, and I was like eaaaaaak...'Hi Nicole! I'm a huge fan! Look, my hands are shaking!'...she was like 'Awww heeeey! Yeah my hands used to shake too when I met my idols!' hahahaa I'm pretty sure she was kidding! Then I saw Ashley and I told her that my sister was in the backstage celebrity cafe place with a gift for her. So Ashley was like 'What's your name?' So I said 'Gabz' and she shook my hand and she was like 'Nice to meet you Gabz..I'm Ashley! Oh wait...you knew that already!' hahaha it was funny..so she introduced me to Kim and I was like 'I LOVE YOUR HAIR I WANT TO STEAL IT' and she laughed. B, my friend, was being shy! Awwwww...So then I saw Melody and if I was starstruck before, I don't know what stage I'd reached at that moment! I'm surprised I managed to speak, I was that nervous. I was like, 'I don't know if I'll get to see you so I gave my sister my early birthday present for you!' and she was like 'Awww thank you!' and Ashley came and asked where my sister was again, so I told her and she fetched some assisstant and told him and he said he'd take them there. Then I saw Carmit and spoke to her about Israel and stuff...she was awesome and so sweet!
So then I was talking to Nicole again and telling her that Will from BEP said hi, and she asked if I was a fan and I was saying how I meet BEP an awful lot and stuff and she was like, 'I love Will! He's so talented!'..then the commercial break was over so it was time for them to be interviewed. I stood next to them at the time, you see me a lot in the interview bit. So as they spoke they were asked who they'd worked with and Nicole goes '...and Will.I.Am, I know you know him over here' or something and pointed at me :) It was pretty cool...Then they left :( and we went through lots of boring performances and links until the show was over. Then PCD came back to pre-record Don't Cha for next week! They rehearsed it about 4 times, so I got to hear it live A LOT which was amazing...Melody was so cute! She kept having to have her mic volume turned louder.
Anyway when it came to the real thing I was standing in the front and me and B were the only PCD fans there. So I was SCREAMING their names and Carmit kept winking at me, she was directly in front of where I was standing. Watch the performance carefully and check out the winks hehehe...Nicole waved all the time at me and B, but not in the real thing, only in rehearsals. So we ran after the show to see them again, and it turned out that Ashley and Melody hadn't gone to pick up their gifts from my sis! So we gave it to them and MTV diary was filming us with them which was really cool. I spoke to Melody the most and she was just the sweetest, most down to earth person ever! Nicole was like 'I kept waving at you inside and you didn't notice!' and she did like a pretend offended look so I was like 'nooo I waved back' so she was like 'oh, that's ok then!' and she gave me a hug.
We were told by a source :P I can't say who..anyway SOMEBODY told us what hotel they were in...I told Melody we were going to go see them the next day at TRL and she wa slike aww cool...I also told Jessica that she looked like Angelina Jolie and she was like 'OH MY GOD YOU'RE MY NEW FAVOURITE PERSON I LOVE YOU!' hahahaha...then they went and Ashley screamed 'Bye Gabz, see you tomorrow at TRL! I overheard you talking to Melody!' So they went :(
And then I met them over the next few days about 7 times...They're just the sweetest!
